In order to use the FLiCA.Net system, you must enable JavaScript in your browser.

If you are using Internet Explorer 5.x ...
- Under "Tools", select "Internet Options".
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Select the "Internet" icon, and then click on the "Custom Level" button.
- Under the "Scripting" section, enable active scripting, and then click the OK button.

If you are using Netscape 4.x ...
- Under "Edit", select "Preferences".
- Select "Advanced" from the expandable menu.
- Select the "Enable JavaScript" option, and then click the OK button.
